Eagle Arms is hosting a 500 table gun show Jan 10th and 11th at the Expo!

So far a few of us are talking about being there @ 9AM Saturday. This should enable us to score some sweet deals if any are to be had. I myself have a long shopping list that I need to see if I can sort out before its to late.

Just a quick note,

I setup the site to automatically approve new accounts. I still haven't figured out why the system is not sending out the new user emails. It was working, then for some reason stopped. I will be working on this issue tomorrow or so. So for now, just register an account, and it will be active as soon as you create it. You will then need to login using the username/password you created.

I stated on the last post about it that I would be uploading some videos from it. Like a true idiot I forget my camera! Yea, I know I am freaking special! None the less, Jim (AKA mauser) brought his and got some videos, which have been put into the Video Gallery. Brad (AKA Dextrimental, AKA Obama lover, AKA Owner of a Desert Eagle, AKA If he wasn't such a good shot with a pistol I would try to steal his Desert Eagle.. Oops, forget that last one :P) Where was I? Oh yea, Brad brought is camcorder so when he gets time we will have more videos from the shoot.

I am proud to say Hunter (11yr old sniper in training) was rocking the targets with my FAL. Be sure to check that out in the video section, its pretty freaking cool.

I also wanted to let everyone know we got a new member last weekend. Bender signed up, and now calls JF&G home! This just goes to show how much fun people have when we all get together. This guy travels from LANCASTER just to shoot there. That's freaking dedication! So welcome Bender, glad to have you!

1. "20 Machine Guns Stolen"
(KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. - December 21, 2008 (WPVI) -- On Sunday night, after the final night at the Valley Forge Gun Show that was taking place at the Valley Forge Convention Center, one of the people selling guns at the show went to Kildare's Pub in King of Prussia.

When he left the pub, he discovered that someone had broken into his vehicle.

Approximately 23 machine guns were stolen from his car.
The Upper Merion police are searching for the people involved.)

Umm unattended machine guns left in a CAR/TRUCK/VAN while a dude is putting a few back? Give me a freaking break! I don't even like going into Turkey Hill to pick up smokes when I have truck loaded for a range trip and most of shit can be replaced. WTF was he thinking? But needless to say, it remains the criminal's fault IMO and that guy should lose his damn hands.

2. Gun Show in Lebanon!
Yea that's right, Lebanon is getting a lil Gun Show Love! Bout freaking time eh? Anyways it will be at the Expo JAN 10th & 11th. (Lebanon Valley Expo Center is 80 Rocherty Rd. Lebanon, PA 17042.) This show will be put on by Eagle Arms, which is getting some people excited. Previous shows were small and more less a waste of time. A lot of people feel that was due to the promoters of the shows, so with Eagle Arms have a much better rep, this show is getting some talk.

Image Section:
I will be taking a good look at the image Gallery while I have sometime off work. My hopes is to get a new module rolling that is a little more user friendly and more pleasant to the eyes.

Video Section:
This will get some attention to in hopes to make it more friendly to Internet Explorer users. For some reason it looks and functions like shit for IE users.

Calendar Section:
I will be release a new Calendar section here soon which will allow all of us to book shoots, keep us updated on Gun Shows, Birthdays, and whatever else we can use it for.

Links Section:
I updated the links section a little, and put up some new links. I got about 100 more to do, but its a pain in the ass to do them all in one sitting. If you want to help, register an account and start submitting links :)

Sup all,

Well since it's snowing, and below freezing a couple of us decided that this would be a good time to go shooting! This is always a good thing since I end up with all sorts of vidz and pix. We are meeting at the range around 12noon EST, and it sounds like there maybe 6 or 7 of us going. Should be a lot of fun until are hands start freezing to the guns :P

I'm thinking about just taking my M1A, the 1911s, and the FAL. I will update this post when I get the pics/videos uploaded.

No I didn't forget about the website :). I had some personal things that took me out of town for a few days.

So as I type I am uploading more videos for everyone's enjoyment. Tomorrow I will add them to this site, or at least that is my intent. So stay tuned as there will be more videos on there way. !!!UPDATE!!! VIDEOS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE SITE!!!!

PS> I have notice that the video section seems to work a lot better with Mozilla Firefox than Internet Explorer. I will have to take a look at it when I time to see if there is anything I can do to fix the issue.
